A few years ago, someone told me that they start to they really notice how summer starts to wind down in August. Do you feel the same?

That same person told me that August is when you really start to notice the days getting shorter (UGH). Next thing you know, it’s Labor Day and then next next thing – it’s Thanksgiving already. Okay, I’m exaggerating, but the anxiety is real.
For me, 4th of July is like the peak of summer and everything seems downhill from there. In reality though, we have 45 days until fall equinox on September 21 and considering that today’s high is 93°F, I think it’s pretty safe to say that there’s still a considerable portion of summer left to enjoy. So if you’re starting to feel anxious that summer is coming to an end (it doesn’t help that fashion bloggers and retailers are all schilling out fall clothes right now), take a breath. Go outside. Sweat your face off and then cool yourself off with a glass of rosé!
