felt & flannel.

I’m finally ready to embrace all things fall. I’m talking felt, flannel, foliage and repeat. Most of the trees around the city have turned brilliant shades of gold and the transformation is truly spectacular. I’m planning on plenty of strolls through the park over the next few weekends because this is one sight that will never get old.

Most of the leaves in the city have started to turn a crispy gold — a gorgeous sight that I don’t think will ever get old. I’m embracing in all things fall: foliage, felt and flannel.

scuba gear.

I can’t say that I’ve ever been scuba diving, but I find the whole idea of an underwater adventure completing invigorating. When I put on this wet suit inspired dress, I felt instantly transformed. I love the minimalist look: a form-fitting frock paired with simple modern accessories. I feel ready for a deep sea adventure — as long as I don’t have to get my hair wet.

luxe for less.

I hate to admit it, but I was one of the maniacs that stayed up until 4:30 AM for the release of the 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target collections a few weeks ago. When the packages came in the mail, I couldn’t decide whether the sleep deprivation was worth it. But once this outfit came together, I felt a little bit better about my life. I’m all about creating luxe looks for less. And while the real 3.1 Phillip Lim is still on my wishlist, I’m glad I get to have a few fun pieces from the designer collab to call my own.
